PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
As responsible corporate citizens we appreciate the importance of confidentiality. This part of the obligation remains unchanged by this privacy policy. This privacy policy deals with your additional right to privacy and is independent of our contractual and ethical obligations.
Alisha's Collection Pty Ltd routinely collects the following personal information: Name, Mailing Address, Delivery Address, Telephone numbers (Home, work, mobile and facsimile), Delivery instructions, Date joined, Member status (active, inactive), Credit card number, expiry date and name E-mail address, Mail preference, Date of birth, Sex, Sales and order history.
Why do we collect it?
Alisha's Collection Pty Ltd collects, uses and discloses the information in accordance with the Collection Statement.
Primary Purposes of Collection.
The primary purpose for the collection of the personal information is to meet both the requirements of the objects of Speedy Ink and to assist customers. To ensure the objectives are met, Alishas Collection Pty Ltd makes available several channels to enable members to select ink products and services. It should be noted that members have access to all channels.
Inbound/Internet Ordering for goods and services Channel.
The following information is collected to ensure that customers receive information on goods and services available and of applicable affordable alternative goods if the goods are not available. It is also to ensure that goods/services are notified/delivered to the correct address or other nominated location. Other information is used to notify customers of any problems with goods or services or to notify of delivery.
Data is collected and housed for the purpose of generating email communications which may include one or all of the following: newsletters, marketing and sales promotions, surveys, competitions, and hyperlinks to third party web points.
Sales Activities
Sales activities are text information (documents) that is linked to the member master file. Activities record problems, campaigns and comments. Selected information is presented to the board of Directors on a monthly basis.
Customer service comments are text information that is linked to the member master file. These comments are free text form and are general comments about the member. The comments are designed to assist operator with the members order or problem Access to your personal information.
Complaints.
If you have any complaints about our privacy practices or wish to make a complaint about how your personal information is managed please contact our office on 02 9482 4300. Complaints will be handled under Alisha's Collection Pty Ltd's Privacy Complaints Policy.
Storage.
We will take all reasonable steps to protect the security of the personal information that we hold. This includes appropriate measures to protect electronic materials and materials stored and generated in hard copy.
What happens if you choose not to provide the information?
You are not obliged to give us your personal information. However, if you choose not to provide Alisha's Collection Pty Ltd with the personal details we may not be able to provide you with the full range of our services or products that we offer.
