Goods will be shipped as soon as possible after an order is received but may at times take up to one week or so to leave the warehouse.

Australian and New Zealand Customers: Goods are sent by Australia Post, postage and packing charges (according to weight and size of packages) are included in the invoice we forward at time of shipping. Note that the total cost of the web order may change in order to reflect the correct shipping charge.

Other International Customers: Goods are sent by Australia Post. Above a minimum charge of AUD$30 postage. We will notify you with the invoice via email about the total freight charges for shipping when the order is placed. If the shipping cost comes out to be more on shipping the parcel we would like to be reimbursed for the difference in the postage.
