Australian Customers: Items can be returned by normal post if damaged or shipped in error. Damaged items must be reported immediately on receipt of goods in order to get a credit note for your account or to get a replacement piece.
Credits may not be redeemable for cash, only for exchange of goods.
We do not refund or exchange on the products which are bought on discounted prices.
